Delivery Information

To UK destinations:

Usually 3 - 4 working days via Royal Mail, although during certain times of the year please allow up to 28 days.

The rest of the world:

Usually within 14 working days via international carrier

The delivery times quoted apply if the goods you have ordered are in stock. It is not possible to give an exact date for internet orders.

We can deliver to all areas of the globe, although we do reserve the right to refuse orders or request alternative methods of payment from certain countries.

The prices shown include VAT at 17.5%.

Returns

You are welcome to order any item from our extensive catalogue to try on for size and comfort. If, for any reason, you are disatisfied, please return them in an unused condition and in the original packaging with all tickets still attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of your goods - we cannot refund postage. This does not affect your statutory rights. It is the customer's responsibilty to ensure the safe return of goods to White of Hawick.

If any item that you order is out of stock, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know. You will have the option of having it back ordered for you or cancelling altogether.
